Getting Started with Your Tracker
Welcome to your new external brain. This app helps you track your energy, spot burnout patterns, and nourish your dopamine levels—without the guilt.
1. The Energy Battery
The big battery at the top is your Check-in.
Tap it to open the slider.
Slide it to match how you feel right now (0% to 100%).
The app will label your state (e.g., “Zombie Mode” or “Thriving”) to help you validate your feelings.
Tip: Check in multiple times a day to see your energy curve!
2. Daily Essentials
Right below the battery are your quick toggles:
Meds: A simple “Yes/No” toggle. Did you take them? Tap it to turn it Blue.
Functional Hours: Use the (+) and (-) buttons to roughly track how many hours you felt “online” or productive today. No need to be exact—gut feeling is fine!
3. Sleep Tracking
Tap one of the three emojis to log last night’s sleep:
🧟 Bad (Zombie)
😐 Okay
⚡ Great
Why? The app uses this to show you how sleep quality affects your functional hours the next day.
4. The “Nourish” Menu (Dopamine Menu)
This is your list of things that give you energy.
Tap a button to mark it as “Done” for the day.
Make it yours: Tap the small Edit button (top right of the section). You can:
Rename habits (e.g., change “Music” to “Heavy Metal”).
Change Colors & Icons.
Make the app look exactly like your brain.
5. Brain Dump (The Cloud Button)
Feeling overwhelmed? Tap the Floating Cloud Button at the bottom right.
Type out everything looping in your head.
Burn It: clear the text instantly (catharsis!).
Keep It: save it to your secure database for later.
6. History & Trends
Tap the Clock Icon (top right) to enter the Time Machine.
Trend Graph: See your Sleep vs. Productivity over the last 14 days.
Date Picker: Jump back to any specific date to see what you did.
Export: Download your entire history as a spreadsheet (CSV). You own your data.
7. Customization & SOS
Look at the icons in the top right corner:
SOS (Lifebuoy): Crash Mode. Tap this when you are overstimulated. It hides everything and helps you breathe.
Palette: Theme Picker. Change the app’s accent color to match your vibe (Indigo, Rose, Cyan, Warm Amber, or Acid Lime).
Your Name: Tap your name (e.g., “Hi, Friend”) to edit it.
