ADHD Coaching and Mentoring Services: Unlocking Your Potential
Every person with ADHD deserves the opportunity to thrive and succeed. If you or a loved one are facing the unique challenges of ADHD, coaching can guide you towards a more fulfilling and empowered life.
ADHD coaching programs are designed to provide you with the strategies, tools, and support necessary to navigate the complexities of ADHD. Whether you’re a student, professional, or adult seeking personal growth, coaching can help you harness your strengths, overcome obstacles, and reach your true potential.
Through a collaborative and individualised approach, using coaching techniques including executive coaching and motivational interviewing, James can work with you to identify your specific goals, develop personalised action plans, and implement effective strategies to manage time, improve focus, enhance organisation, and boost productivity.
Coaching sessions are a safe and non-judgmental space, offering guidance, accountability, and motivation to help you stay on track and celebrate your achievements.
James has over 450 hours of coaching experience and has worked with people with a range of ADHD-related challenges, as well as couples ADHD coaching and group work.
The Coaching ‘Contract’
Coaches often ask clients to sign a contract that lays out terms and conditions for coaching. We feel that this is not ADHD-friendly, and instead have a loose ‘Coaching Agreement’ document which explains how coaching works. This document can be found below.

Client Feedback
“James has been supporting me for a couple of months now, and has been great at helping me organise my thoughts and showing me ways to reduce the pressure on myself. God knows what and how many things are going on in his brain during the session, but he manages to keep on track despite my attempts to derail him. Genuinely genuine man with a big heart and easy enough to understand for a Brummie – though I was married to one, so that helps. Would recommend him, and have. Feels like he’s been doing this kind of thing for 300 years or so.”
“Apart from enjoying and learning loads from the sessions themselves, the simple, adaptable strategies we work on stay with me day to day whilst also leaving room for my own thoughts. Crucially, it means as I re-learn how I approach my life, I continue to feel supported in the spaces between sessions – which is the big thing for me. Ding. So far so good.”
“I have only done one session with James, but found it extremely helpful and am looking forward to the next sessions. James’s delivery is a great balance of relatable, professional and lighthearted/humour. I have already recommended James to some friends.”
“The sessions allow me to mentally reset and refocus on the goals and challenges I want to achieve. They are reassuring and help me to think about progress and be optimistic, even when I’m struggling.”
“Well-paced sessions, great direction and confidence guidance, and transparent feedback – key!”
“I trust and also feel comfortable in session with James. James also sends questionnaires which for me was really helpful, I struggle with articulating what I think and feel, he is excellent at helping you through the session. I am given things to work on for the next session which I’m looking forward to. An open, relaxed, honest and safe place to be.”
